1. About Oakthorn

Oakthorn is a financial education provider based in Bangkok, Thailand. We offer educational programs designed to help individuals develop a clearer understanding of personal finance, investment concepts, and long-term wealth-building principles.

All programs and materials provided by Oakthorn are educational in nature. We do not provide regulated financial advice, investment recommendations, brokerage services, or portfolio management. Nothing communicated by Oakthorn should be construed as advice to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

2. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate enquiries and enrolment in our educational programs. By using this website, you agree to:

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
• Not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent.
• Not use any automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the website.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these conditions, without prior notice.

3. Educational Programs — Enrolment

Enrolment in an Oakthorn program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Oakthorn. By enrolling, you agree to the following:

• You are enrolling for personal educational purposes only, not for resale or redistribution of program content.
• Program materials, workbooks, and guides are provided for your personal use and remain the intellectual property of Oakthorn.
• You will attend sessions as scheduled. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests with adequate notice (minimum 48 hours), subject to availability.
• A maximum of 12 participants per program cohort applies, to maintain quality of engagement.

4. Fees and Payment

Program fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all program materials unless otherwise noted. Current fees are as follows:

• Financial Literacy Foundations — ฿3,500
• Understanding the Thai Stock Market — ฿6,800
• Long-Term Wealth Building Plan — ฿22,500

Fees are payable in full prior to the commencement of the program unless a written alternative arrangement has been agreed. Oakthorn reserves the right to adjust program fees for future cohorts. Any change in pricing will not apply retroactively to confirmed enrolments.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• More than 7 days before program commencement: Full refund, less any payment processing fees incurred.
• 3–7 days before program commencement: 50% refund.
• Fewer than 3 days before commencement: No refund. You may transfer your enrolment to a future cohort (subject to availability) at no additional charge, if requested at least 24 hours before commencement.
• After a program has commenced: No refund will be issued for sessions already delivered.

If Oakthorn cancels or significantly alters a program for reasons within our control, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an equivalent future cohort.

6. Educational Scope and Limitations

Oakthorn programs are designed to improve financial literacy and support informed personal decision-making. We encourage participants to critically evaluate what they learn and seek appropriate professional advice when making significant financial decisions.

Oakthorn does not:

• Recommend specific securities, stocks, funds, or financial products.
• Provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
• Make representations about investment outcomes or personal financial results.
• Act as an investment advisor or financial planner under Thai law.

Individual financial outcomes depend on a wide range of personal, economic, and market factors outside our control. Past educational content does not indicate or predict any particular financial result.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and all program materials — including text, design, illustrations, workbooks, guides, session frameworks, and branding — are the property of Oakthorn and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Oakthorn content without our express written permission. Program materials are provided to participants for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or republished.

8. Participant Conduct

Oakthorn programs are conducted in a respectful, collaborative environment. Participants are expected to engage constructively and treat fellow participants and facilitators with courtesy. We reserve the right to remove from a program, without refund, any participant whose conduct disrupts the learning environment or who behaves in a manner that is threatening, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website and participation in our programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and handle your personal data.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our programs shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant program.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oakthorn, its facilitators, and staff from any claims, losses, or damages — including reasonable legal costs — arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of this website, or conduct during a program.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will post notice on this website. Continued use of the website or enrolment in programs following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
